I think in panel 1, the black hair guy's head is too horizontally elongated. He also looks much smaller, despite them (assumingly) being on the same plane.

...I do ask for constructive criticism, and I appreciate your willingness to give it, however, all the crits you gave are on pages from well over a year ago. My art is very, very different now, so your crits end up not being constructive, really, in the end...
