Emma is a stubborn violinist with few family or friends. Theo is an immature restaurant owner lacking direction. They both have a lot of crap to work through to get their lives back on any kind of track.

Oh thats cool. I like to know what everyone thinks. Good point on the tears, but from my perspective, I'd say she's not paying any attention to where the tears are landing. She's a bit too upset for that. Plus, it's not exactly a new violin. I don't know. Violin players tend to be more picky with their instruments than flute players (I'm one of those), and everyone tends to be more picky about their instrument than me, but then again, as much as I originally tried to make her not like me, Emma's personality is very similar to mine.
Yeah, although I'd definitely put my violin in its case immediately after playing it... of course, I'm kinda nitpicky about it, and if I left my violin out the dog would probably ruin it...
