Generally they're done ahead of time. This site isn't up to speed with my other site yet, so it's been on every day for a while, and on the other site i go for M W F Sat. I try to have the script/sketches about 10-20 pages ahead of where I am, the drawn stuff about 5-6 pages ahead, the inked 2-3 ahead, and then I do the coloring the day before or of.

I think I may be sticking with the lack of shading, if not permanently, at least for a while.
